I love Mo Maggie Magnesium lotion. My massage therapist recommended it. It's fragrance-free, moisturizing, and causes no tingling or warming. It just feels great when rubbed over sore muscles!
I keep one on my nightstand and one in the family room.
This supplement contains the three types of magnesium our bodies need. Magnesium helps with pain, sleep, depression, anxiety, blood pressure, and more. If you take gabapentin, don't take magnesium at the same time. Wait a few hours for max potency..
Since having my gall bladder removed, and having IBS, I'm always on the lookout for things that help my digestive system. This does! I take one pill before meals and snacks, and digestion is much less painful. I keep their handy little box in my purse, for when I'm out and about.
This product is excellent to take before meals, to aid in digestion. It's the same product that comes in a bottle, above, but it's delivered in little hinged tins, like Altoids.
Toss this in your purse. Keep one in your car, desks, night stand... I cannot say enough great things about this product. Especially when I'm going out to eat and could easily have to leave early due to a stomachache. Try it. You'll love them.
This is an excellent weapon against back pain. I purchased it knowing I'd have to move around a lot when family was in town. I take it with me on trips and wear it if I have go walking or stand. Sometimes I'll wear it while doing dishes and floors.
It's pretty soft and has 4 Velcro straps. Easy to roll up and store.
My massage therapist introduced me to cupping, and it's very effective in some instances. Combined with Mo Maggie lotion, these silicone cups are easy to apply and release. They also wash easily by hand, with dish soap.
The 6 cups come in a handy-dandy white satin bag.
This soft heating pad plugs into the wall, but once it's warm, you can unplug it and continue wearing it until the heat dissipates.
I wear mine with the velcro in front for low pack and hip pain, and with the velcro in back for stomach pains. This heating pad stores easily, has 6 heat levels and 4 timer settings.
I purchased the 12x24x20, pictured here. Love it to pieces.
Desperate for neck pain relief, I ordered this silly little thing. It really does relax your neck by applying traction. I stay on it for about 3 to 5 minutes at a time.
Ice always feels good on sore muscles, inflamed tissues, and stiff joints. This soft, plush neck wrap can be kept in the freezer for cold therapy, or pop it in the microwave for heat therapy.
Though it does not retain the temperature long, it's comfortable and effective while it stays cool. I prefer a heating pad for heat therapy, but this once allows you to move about untethered.
Low back pain can get you flat on your back and keep you there for days. This wedge pillow is great for relieving low back pressure. I use it in bed or on the floor
Turn the pillow vertical and use it as a seat back in bed or on the sofa. I'm pillow addict because they're drug free and effective for supporting my tired muscles and bones.
If you have low back pain, I highly recommend this wedge pillow.
I use this one for solid neck support or under my knees for a gentle low back release. I told you I'm a pillow person.
This comes vacuum sealed, so unpack it, let it air for 24-48 hours, and then use it. May your neck feels senational and your back serve you well!
This seems silly to me, but my chiropractor recommended a balance disc. I chose this one for price and reviews, and I like it.
A balance disc is used to help develop better balance. It makes small muscles active in the legs, hips, and spine as the body adjusts and tries to balance. Do not use this product if you are a fall risk or have advanced mobility issues.
